The application requires a “stable internet connection” and “enough storage space on your device” in order to operate optimally. If the application does not operate correctly, please try performing the following actions:
1. Close all running apps and restart only the VIVIBUDS application.
2. Delete all unnecessary applications and data, and create additional storage space on your device.
3. Use the application in an environment where communication with the internet is stable.
In the following situations, your connectivity may be unstable:
・Enclosed spaces or underground facilities (subway, etc.)
・Moving at high speed (On a train or in a car, etc.)
・Underneath a high voltage line
・Using a free Wi-Fi spot
