If you are unable to hear the background music or sound effects, please confirm the following:
①Check that the video you are viewing uses background music/sound effects
②If the video is indeed using background music/sound effects,
check that your device volume is not set to mute
③In cases where the video uses Background Music/Sound effects and your device has no issues,
1) Tap the icon (character icon) at the bottom right of the home screen
2) Tap the[三]button in the top right of the profile screen
3) Choose “Account Settings” from the menu
4) Tap “Sound Settings” and check that “BGM” and “SFX” are toggled on.
Moreover, in cases where your device’s volume settings for “phone calls,” “Notifications,” “Sounds” (Media) are separate, please check to see if any or all of these volume settings are set to mute or not. Additionally, there are cases where device settings for earphones/headphones are also separate, so please also check those settings.
