If you have received a receipt e-mail for a purchase that you have no recollection of, or you feel that the invoice amount is high, please check the receipt e-mail (purchase history) for the most recent purchase of coins.
It is possible to confirm the actual purchase date from the AppStore, so please check your receipt against the actual purchase date.

I paint for 500JPY worth of coins on October 1st,

◆Main Causes
・Delay to the issue of the receipt
※There are cases where a delay can take up to【2 weeks】.
・Receipt contains 【combination】 of items purchased on separate days
・The timing of the processing of the purchase is different due to the time difference with Apple’s offices,
etc.
◆How to Check the Actual Purchase Date
①Boot the AppStore on your iPhone device.
②Click on the account icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
③Tap on Purchase History.
④Tap on the “Total” for the applicable purchase.
⑤By tapping on the “Total” you will be able to see the actual purchase date in the order details.
※This action may differ depending on the version of iOS being used.
・For Customers Using Android
It is possible to check the amount of recent purchases via receipt e-mails from Google Play and also from accessing “payments.google.com”. Please check and compare these records with your receipts.

①Open the Gmail application
②Search for “Google Play Order Details” from your inbox
③Confirm the applicable statement for VIVIBUDS

②Type in and access “payments.google.com”
③Confirm the amount of purchased coins from “user content”
